- Seavista has 15 Units varying in size and with the ability to provide comfortable sleeping for between 2 and 13 persons.
The Units are self contained providing r/c air conditioning, electric stove, microwave oven, television, DVD, Wireless Internet. Bed Linen and towels provided. The Units are self-service. Washing machine and dryer (coin operated) undercover clothes lines, iron and ironing board makes your stay easier. Cot, high chair, electric blankets available upon request.
Off-street parking facilities – 1 car per unit.
- Off street car parking facilities are available but
limited to 1 car per Unit (undercover for 5 Units).
- Check-in after 2:00 pm and guests are required to vacate the units
by 10.00am

December 18 - January 31 (4 night minimum)
Easter (4 night minimum)
Major Events (E.g. Clipsal 500 Car Race / Masters Games etc)

All other times of the year excluding the above (3 night minimum)

DEPOSIT:
All deposits are required within 7 days of making your booking
$200.00 December/January/Easter bookings only

- All off-peak booking must be pre-paid 14 days prior to arrival.
December/January/Easter & Major Event bookings pre-paid 30 days prior to arrival.
- We reserve the right to alter your allocated flat number
and floor level if circumstances force us to do so.
Rates subject to alteration without notice
- All bookings 5 days or less must be pre-paid on booking.
CANCELLATION:
7 days notice - Off-peak ($20 cancellation fee), 14 days notice -December/January/Easter (see **). If full payment is not received 14 or 30 days prior to arrival, we will cancel and re-let your unit with forfeit of your deposit.
**If occupancy is terminated for any reason prior to completion of your stay, management reserves the right to withhold rental pending reletting of your unit.
